Refund & Returns Policy

1. Workmanship Warranty & Rework Policy

All repairs performed by Viet Auto Collision are covered by our lifetime workmanship warranty. This means:

• If any defect in our repair workmanship is discovered, we will re-repair the affected area at no charge
• Paint issues, panel fitment problems, or any defect directly attributable to our work qualify for rework
• Simply contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue and we will schedule an inspection
• The warranty applies as long as you own the vehicle and applies to the original repair location

Note: The workmanship warranty does not cover new damage, normal wear and tear, paint oxidation from environmental exposure over time, or damage caused by improper washing techniques or chemical exposure after delivery.

2. Parts Warranty

Parts installed by Viet Auto Collision carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts typically carry the vehicle manufacturer's standard parts warranty. Aftermarket parts warranties vary by supplier. We will provide you with warranty information for any parts installed on your vehicle upon request.

3. Deposit Refund Policy

If a deposit was collected for a repair:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of deposit if you cancel before any parts are ordered or work commences.
• After Parts are Ordered: The deposit may be partially or fully non-refundable for the cost of non-returnable special-order parts already procured.
• After Work Begins: Deposits are non-refundable once labor has commenced. You will be responsible for services rendered up to the point of cancellation.

4. Insurance-Paid Repairs

For insurance-covered repairs, any refund or adjustment will be coordinated with your insurance company in accordance with their claims procedures. Your deductible, once paid, is generally non-refundable by us — please contact your insurer for deductible-related questions.

5. Detailing & Ancillary Services

Detailing and other non-structural services are considered complete upon delivery of the vehicle. If you are dissatisfied with a detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup so we may address your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to remedy the situation.

6. How to Request a Refund or Rework

To initiate a warranty claim, rework, or refund request:

1. Contact us by phone, email, or in person at our Garden Grove shop
2. Describe the concern and when it was first noticed
3. Bring your vehicle in for inspection at a mutually agreed time
4. Our team will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate remedy
5. Any approved rework will be scheduled promptly, or a refund issued within 5–10 business days
