By visiting our website or using any services provided by Viet Auto Collision, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Viet Auto Collision provides auto body repair, paint and refinishing, dent removal, frame straightening, insurance claims assistance, and detailing services at our facility located at 10428 Stanford Ave #B, Garden Grove, CA 92840.

All services are subject to a written estimate provided prior to the commencement of work. We reserve the right to revise estimates if additional damage is discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.

2. Estimates & Authorization

Written or verbal authorization is required before any repair work begins. By authorizing repairs, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have legal authority to authorize repairs. You agree to pay all charges upon completion of work as described in the repair order, including any supplements authorized during the repair.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment in full is due upon completion and before delivery of your vehicle
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved insurance checks
• A storage fee of $50/day may be charged for vehicles not picked up within 5 business days of completion notice
• We retain a mechanic's lien on your vehicle until all charges are paid in full
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee

4. Insurance Claims

We are happy to assist with insurance claims as a courtesy service. However, you remain responsible for payment of all charges regardless of insurance coverage. Any disputes with your insurer regarding coverage, claim amounts, or deductibles are between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to your insurance contract.

5. Warranty

We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on all repairs performed, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers defects in workmanship only, not normal wear or new damage
• Parts carry their respective manufacturer warranties
• The warranty is void if the vehicle is repaired by another shop for the same repair area
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only while you are the registered owner

6. Vehicle Storage & Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we exercise reasonable care for its safekeeping. We maintain general liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from acts of God, theft, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend removing personal valuables from your vehicle before leaving it with us.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Viet Auto Collision and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You may use this site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Viet Auto Collision's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California. We encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve any concerns informally before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
