General Questions

Repair time depends on the extent of the damage. Minor repairs like small dents or bumper fixes may take 1–3 business days, while moderate repairs involving panel replacement and repainting typically take 5–7 days. Major collision repairs involving structural or frame work can take 1–2 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during your free estimate and keep you updated by phone or text throughout the process.

Insurance Questions

Yes. We work directly with all major insurance providers — State Farm, Geico, Allstate, Progressive, Farmers, AAA, USAA, Liberty Mutual, and more. Our experienced insurance liaison handles all documentation, claim communications, and supplement negotiations on your behalf. You simply drop off your vehicle and we take care of the rest.
Absolutely not. Under California law, you have the legal right to choose any licensed auto body repair shop for your vehicle — regardless of what your insurance company suggests or which shops are on their "preferred" or "direct repair" list. Insurance companies may steer you toward shops they have financial agreements with, but those recommendations don't always reflect the best repair quality. You have the right to choose, and we encourage you to exercise it.
It's common for hidden damage to be discovered once we begin disassembly during repairs. When this happens, we document everything thoroughly with photos and a detailed supplement report, then contact your insurance company directly to get approval for the additional work. We advocate firmly for the full scope of repairs your vehicle needs, and we never cut corners to keep costs artificially low.
Insurance rate changes after a claim depend on your specific policy, insurer, and the circumstances of the accident. Generally, if the accident was not your fault and you file a claim against the at-fault driver's insurance, your rates may not be affected. However, this varies by insurer and state. We recommend speaking directly with your insurance agent for guidance specific to your policy.

Repair Process Questions

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a technique that removes dents and dings without disturbing the original factory paint. Our technicians use specialized metal tools to carefully massage the dent from the inside out, returning the panel to its original shape. PDR is ideal for hail damage, door dings, and minor impacts where the paint surface is still intact and undamaged. It's typically 30–60% less expensive than traditional repair, completed in hours rather than days, and preserves your vehicle's factory finish — which maintains resale value better than resprayed panels.
Yes — exact color matching is one of our specialties. We use a computerized paint-mixing system that reads your vehicle's factory color code (found on a sticker inside the door jamb or under the hood) and produces a precise formula match. Our skilled painters then apply the paint, blend the surrounding panels if necessary, and apply a clear coat — making the repaired area virtually impossible to detect, even under close inspection.
That's our goal and our guarantee. We use OEM-equivalent parts, factory-matched paint, and manufacturer-approved repair procedures to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Our 5,000+ completed repairs and consistently high Google reviews reflect our commitment to results that meet or exceed your expectations. If you're not satisfied, we're not done.
This depends on the extent of the damage. Minor cosmetic damage may not affect driveability, but we strongly advise having any vehicle involved in a moderate to serious collision inspected by a certified technician before continued driving. Structural damage can affect steering geometry, suspension, and the performance of safety systems like airbags and crumple zones — all of which may not be apparent from the outside. When in doubt, call us at (714) 530-0100 for guidance.
